Hi all,
I am Bonnie. I am just starting to process to prepare for a figure competition in March 2012. i need to lose between 40-45 pounds.

I am walking in the GO! St. Louis half marathon this Sunday, then it is time to start hitting the weights and bike.

    Well I'm back. I did not meet my goal to compete in the March 2012 figure competition. Had several issues come up that prevented me from being able to get in the needed proper training. My coach and I decided that it would be best to hold off for now until I can devote more of my attention to the needed hard lifting workouts. For now my goal is to not gain back any of the weight I have lost and work on getting my activity level back up.
