Where do I go from here?

So I've lost 11 pounds, and MFP suggests I re-set my goals. I'm not sure what to do. Do I add calories or subtract? Do I set a goal of more excercise per day? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! :huh:

    You just tell it to recalculate and it will!! You'll prob lose some calories.
  • If you've lost weight your intake should go down (100 max) but don't go below 1200. You will also have to exercise more to burn the same amount of calories that you have been.
