Delicious Tomato Spinach Pizza

Spinach Tomato Pizza
Ingredients
1 Pillsbury pizza crust dough (or any other desired pizza crust dough)
1 large tomato (or two medium) sliced into ¼ inch slices
1 cup shredded spinach, cooked
4 oz Fat Free cream cheese
½ cup shredded skim mozzarella
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Pre-heat oven according to pizza crust baking instructions (around 375 F). Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and roll out pizza dough. Set aside. In a bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, and lemon juice until completely mixed. Evenly spread the spinach mix on top of the pizza crust. Place sliced tomatoes evenly on top of spinach mix. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust and mozzarella are golden brown. Slice and serve warm. Serves 8.
