So I completed the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today. I am so proud that I actually did it, and i did it just as it says. Everyday, no off days for 30 days! I loved it!
Here are my results:
Day 1 Day 30 Total lost
weight: 129.5 lbs 125.5 4lbs
waist: 34 in 31 3in
Thighs: 23 1/2in 22 1/2 1in (each thigh)
Hips: 41in 37 1/2 3 1/2 in
Today I did a Happy dance!!
Sorry no pictures yet but hopefully i can get some up soon.
I didnt do any other exercise besides this video. I did track my calories though. I am breast feeding so I have to make sure I still get enough to feed my little guy

sorry i had put everything I lost but it wouldnt show up. I lost 4lbs!0

I started the shred a little over a week ago. I have to take breaks from it though. On my off days I Zumba. I can't handle listening to Jillian or that music everyday. It's a great workout, though. Congrats on your loss!0

confused onyour 3 sets of hip measurements. I did it for a few days then began to mix other exercising with it. Think I will get back onto it again every morning and do the other exercises in the evening.0

I understand how you feel listening to Jillian, I want to tell her to be quiet and jam some tunes to work out to!0
