    Thanks everyone I feel incredible I finally feel like ME again. I never use to be overweight until baby #2 came along so seeing myself at my "regular" size again feels AMAZING.

    Thanks, yes even being slightly overweight at our height shows alot more - on the plus side a 10lb weight loss makes an ever more dramatic difference I think.

    I just did a simple 1200 calorie diet. I didn't exclude anything from my diet. Pretty much ate whatever I wanted, just made sure I didn't go over my calories. I also did cardio and weight training 3 times a week. I'd love to lose another 10 or 15 and tone up now.
