I know everyone's different but personally I would put it down to experience and move on. I would make sure that the next few days I stick to my calories (to the letter) and exercise a bit more. Don't forget if you don't eat enough calories to compensate you are in danger of going into starvation mode. Don't beat yourself up about it, I'm sure we've all had the odd blow out, hope you enjoyed!! :bigsmile:0

Nothing, just accept it. It'll make no difference as long as you carry on with the diet and blow-outs arne'nt a regular thing...0

just get back on the wagon. increasing your exercise by crazy amounts will not make much difference, and may do you harm if you overdo it. drink a lot of water tomorrow, especially in the morning. right when you wake up, before you eat anything, drink at least 16 ounces of water without any interruption. eat a lot of FRESH vegetables, mostly leafy greens, over the next couple days and your body will detox it all pretty quickly.0

You can't really burn off calories from a previous day. If you ate 3200 calories today and burned, say, 1800, then that's your total for today.
If you workout tomorrow and burn, say, 2600 total for the day, you'd still need to eat enough calories to not have a huge deficit to try to make up for today. Your body wont know you're trying to work off yesterday's calories/fuel, it'll just know that you've eaten too little for that day.
Just stay on track as normal. Do your regular workouts and eat your typical calories for workout days. And drink plenty of water (since you likely blew out sodium levels with that many calories ;D) and your body will self regulate itself back into normalcy.
I'll bet whatever you had was delicious. I had a 1372 calorie surplus on Monday for a meal at our favorite Chinese restaurant. And it was worth every calorie and mg of sodium. lol0 -
Hey I did it too yesterday - dinner at our favourite restaurant with wine etc - couldn't say no and for a change I'm not feeling guilty this morning. Today is another day and have a big party at home so more alcohol . Patience I will get back on track tomorrow hopefully and workout well next week.
So don't worry you're not alone
