Who's got two thumbs and is testing for his black belt in Tae Kwon Do this month? This guy right here. In the morning I'll be doing my fitness examination, wherein I get to do 100 pushups in 3 minutes, 100 situps in 3 minutes, and a 3-mile run in less than 30 minutes.

Am I ready? I'm ready as I'll ever be. My next task is to get plenty of sleep, and then get a small but decent breakfast, and make sure I'm hydrated before I go in.
