LOW SODIUM TUNA

Starkist has a "pouch" that is low sodium (HALF of the regular!)~ just found it the other day and tried it~ LOVE IT!!

Just wanted to pass it along.

    I eat this every morning for breakfast. I make a tuna melt. I only can find it at one grocery store chain which is weird.

    Wow, I love tuna, and it is a wonderful source of so many goo things, but have been eating less of it because of the high.sodium. This is a wonderful discovery, and I will look for it next time I shop! Thanks!:happy:

    Its also lite Tuna so less calories.

    Only 90 cals a pouch, I love it! I was also eating less tuna due to sodium and then found this.

    Thanks for the info. My dad has heart problems and his visiting nurse told me I can rinse off the can tuna and it also helps to take the sodium out.
