A friend of a friend introduce me to it, it's really easy, I thought about using it but is it effective, need to know before I go running off to buy it.

I use it and really like it. It's good for the really windy/cold days when walking/running outside is NOT an option!! I have used the 2, 3 and 4 mile videos, but the 4 mile is my favorite because I can really work up a sweat and I feel like I've had a good workout. I haven't done it since I got my HRM, so I don't really know how many calories I burn while doing it, but I think it's a good workout video anyway!

Yes I work out mostly jogging/walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes to a hour then ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes to 1 hour almost everyday. My husband and I work out together but when he is feeling lazy then I do my tapes so I'm not in the basement by myself. I do some videos like the Firm or Power 90 but the steps are too hard for me to follow. That is why I wanted to try the Walk Away becuase it's so easy to do.

I found the 2 mile brisk walk at the public library and since I started using it have lost 3 inches off my thighs. Before that i was using the treadmill at an incline 5 and not seeing much change.

I got bored with this type workout quite easily. At first I thought I was just tired of the chatter on the first workout I tried, so I got some others. Nope, I'm just bored with them.

I've tried another workout that's similar (Shapely Girl: Let's Get Moving) that's maybe a tad less annoying, but I do think I prefer just getting out for a real walk, and doing other dvds for strength.
