I'm still at the beginning of my before and I'd like to know how long it took as well. i'm in no hurry, I just want an average. I'm all for taking my time to lose weight that it took time to put on!0

It has taken me 14 months to lose 75 lbs. Slow and steady I think is the only way to go for long lasting lifestyle changing effect.

I was at 280 at my highest, I am almost at 200 now, lost 80 lbs.. if that's close enough to 300 I'll dig out some pictures for you0

look at my profile and you see all you need , I just actually hit 8 months today and Im 10 pounds aqay from my goal weight. Want a liitle advice , set mini goals like 10 pounds a month or 5 pounds in a week or 2 and just work like that then it dont matter how long ur main goal takes............0

I have to update my picture that's my avatar but I started at 320 and now 153.
I started on May 7, 2008 and hit my first goal of 170 in Feb 20100 -
i'll share mine.
I was +400lbs
and here at 100lbs lost.
I am still over 300lbs, but I am almost 6ft tall as well.
