First off, i'm sorry this is off topic but i really want some advice.

My Birthday is April 16th, my brothers is April 13th. I've been on this site for 45 days and even though thats not to long to be dieting i am SOOO tired of this. I need a second wind and i feel like i cant find the motivation to do this anymore.
I honestly dont really no why i started dieting...its not really to look good, or be healthy... it was just, just.
I guess i want to be able to run and dance without being so DAMN tired. Id also sort of like to fit into some old clothes to save money lol.
Anyways my biggest problem right now is that the McDonald arches along with chocolate, wine, margarita , spaghettis, cupcakes, just EVERYTHING, im having cravings left and right and my results aren't keeping me going
Any physical ideas of how to get rid of these cravings
so far ive though of keeping myself out of the house, or promising myself to have this week and just start fresh and strong the day after my birthday. what do you think?

I think you've got to let yourself have the stuff you're craving or this wont work. Just eat it in moderation.

Also try to substitute some of the things you want for healthier options. Like if you rally love french fries, try baking your own.

Also try to eat really healthy all day and save up some calories for the stuff you crave. For example I ate really well today so I'm going to get some frozen yogurt with cookie dough bites now!

Have a cheat day once per week. That has kept me going for months. Good luck!

stop thinking of it like a restriction. eat what you want, log it and then burn off what you need to to stay under your goal. eventually, you'll start to notice which things are worth working out for...

Don't think of it as dieting. Just see it as a new way to eat. A new approach, a lifestyle. You don't have to deprive yourself of those things. Just plan a little and enjoy them in moderation.

i know one way to get off the mcdonald's train... just start looking into their business practices regarding environment and human rights.

once you start seeing what it is they're feeding you (literally: BS), you won't really want it any more.

i was raised on mcd's. now i find it repulsive.
