Is this a good snack ?

Ok so I have only had 850 cals. today and had a good workout...Im craving baby carrots and light Ranch dressing...Is that ok to eat this late (11 pm) I know I have the cals. but I have such a good day eating I don't want to ruin it...What do you think ?

    I wish I craved carrots at nighttime!!!!! Chocolate is calling my name (lol). So, I settled for a cup of hot organic tea and a granola bar. I guess it could be worse!

    Metabolism doesn't stop at a certain time of the day or just because you're asleep. If you generated less than 1000 calories for the day, you should definitely eat. I work out at night, and at times it's constantly past midnight. That doesn't prevent me from having a post-workout recovery snack or meal, and it obviously hasn't prevented my weight loss either.
