Hello everyone! I just got started on this website this week. I have been doing pretty good for awhile now on my diet and exercise, but ended up not doing quite so great this week! Time to reassess and get back on track with a better diet and more exercise. I just got my husband started with doing some exercise with me too, although looks like I'm going to have to find a way to keep him focused and motivated! I look forward to being a part of this community and having you guys help me stay focused on my weight loss goals. I hope to lose 60-70 lbs. to reach my ideal weight for my body!

If this was a diet I would say that today was bad but, this is a way of life so, tomorrows another day and you'll get better the longer you log and by getting motivated from you friends, good luck on your journey0
