good bye!

Just wanted to say good bye and thanks for all your help.I was loosing weight steadily until I joined here and started gaining so I'm joining back up to my old diet site. thanks again and good luck bye

    Looking at your diary, you weren't eating enough. Many of your foods were the wrong choices as well. Good luck.
  • Have to agree there.
    way under calorie goal, should always stay around the goal figure so as to not shock the system.
    the calories that are there are all junk foods, wheres the healthy stuff, didnt note 1 fruit in there.
    Pleased ont give up, stay here and get some proper advice on what you eat.
    No chocolates for now
    no burger kings etc

    Wow! I checked out the diary too. You had some good days, but many days you ended the day with between 600 -1100 extra calories still left to eat at the end of the day. It's almost like you ate nothing those days! Your body will go into starvation mode and start storing up for the hard times ahead. :sad:
