Need motivators!

HI everyone!
My name is Jennifer and have recently realized that my weight is starting to get out of control. To most 150 lbs is close to an ideal weight, but for me who has always been very thin, it's just too much. I've tried dieting (not my cup of tea) and I pretty much hate working out. I'm just so unmotivated. Please motivate me to get off my butt and start working out and losing this "baby weight" which is what I lovingly call it, although my youngest is almost three years old now hahaha

Diet don't work, make healthy choices! Try writing down your goals and make a daily to-do list to help you stay motivated. You have to find a workout that you love to do or you won't do. You have to have the willpower and desire to achieve your goals. Just take it one day at a time!0

Request sent. I'm kind of the same way. I was always thin and athletic, then let my weight get too high (145 or so) by not eating right or keeping active. So I know a little bit what you're going through.0

yeah, it happens. it does suck and it does make you feel horrible when everyone around you (it seems) never has to work out and they just lose weight if they work out a week before weigh ins. (aka my husband...) it can be de-motivating at times... However, it's best to just look within and realize the only person to blame for things getting out of control is yourself, and the only person who can mold you into who and what you want to be is yourself... but it does help to have positive motivators. I am here for any kind of help you desire! I will tell you it's not easy, but it does get easier! the more you log on and watch what you eat and notice some of the numbers go red, the more you realize what areas you need to work on. For me? it was sugar and excess "snacking"... plus i would work out a lot and be like oh well i can have the pint of ice cream... but then again.. i can't :laugh:
i'm here if you need anything! btw.. i went from 162 to 144 in about 4 months time with being diligent with this application and working out. I have some work out apps that you may like if you have a droid.
