Hello all,
I am new to the site and still finding my way through all the tabs. I have lost 5 lbs so far and I am really happy. I am now on a mission to tone up. The only problem is I have knee problems. If anyone has tips please let me know. Thanks.

I have had problems with constant knee pain for years, but now that I have lost 21 pounds, the pain seems to be nearly GONE!!! I am just eating healthy, measured portions, and the weight is coming off for me. Good luck in your journey! Low resistance exercises works for me.0
