A tornado hit the town of Mapleton, IA last night. Please say a prayer for those who lived there. Also, please pray for their friends and family who are very worried about them.

    I live in Iowa and hadn't even heard about this - it is north of me. My heart goes out to all involved!! Thanks for posting.

    Weather was crazy last night. Tornado sirens went off twice here in Britt, IA. Will be thinking and praying for those in Mapleton!!!

    I know a tornado also hit the small town of Varina and Ware, Iowa last night. We were in and out of the basement for 3 hours, it was crazy. We had an insane amount of quarter sized hail (which it was bigger a few miles away). It was pretty intense. I know this storm left a lot destruction in its path and my prayers go out to all that were affected .
