Hi everyone - I had this app on my phone and it was really great to have it right there whenever I had a meal or a snack, but I had to get rid of a bunch of apps recently, so I thought I'd see if I can get the same results online.
I am a vegetarian, and trying really hard to motivate myself to start exercising - I used to dance a lot, but have gotten so busy and stressed with working full time and grad school part time, that when I have any free time, all I seem to want to do is sit in front of the TV. Not good! Here's to a new start!

Hi there, I am fairly new to the program too. How about try to do some arm exercises or the like while watching tv. I also sometimes sit on my stability ball while watching tv. I try and get up on commercials. Just thought a little to start and then maybe it will motivate you when you are not so tired to do more. Any movements helps. Good luck0

Thanks judyschick, that's good advice - small steps... hah if I can get in a good workout while watching TV, it might be a lot easier to get motivated!0
