Well this is going to sound bad, but we're going to butcher the old crowing rooster that won't let us sleep in. Toss him in the pressure cooker, and then throw in some home made egg noodles. It will be the best chicken noodle soup ever. I hate that @#$%^ roster.

But first I'm going to ride my horse.
Afterwards I will finish the laundry I didn't get done this weekend, and then start on a quilt for my mom for her birthday or Christmas. Then I might watch a movie that I checked out from the library.

I am having hamburger helper made w/ground turkey to save on cals and some green beans.

Today I did 52 min video that works the chest & back, and I may do a 16 min ab tape when I get home from work.

Depending on what my calorie intake is after dinner, I may also have a mini peanut butter cup as a snack. We'll see about that one.

I'm entirely way too jealous of you! I'm at school and my horse is back at home and I would give my left foot just to see him whenever I wanted to!

on that note: I'm having flank steak with pureed cauliflower and a spinach salad. and hopefully I can drag myself to the gym...even though I"m really not wanting to tonight! hah

Leg of lamb and spinach with garlic and olive oil. Gotta run to parent teacher conferences (oh, fun!), then come home, have dinner, do laundry and get ready for tomorrow. Not much activity until Wednesday which is my step class because tomorrow I have a permanent crown put on and then a Homeowner's Association social committee meeting (which sounds MUCH more fun than it really will be!).
  • I worked out with my trainer for 60 minutes...burned 1045 calories (it was a tough one tonight:grumble: )

Dinner is a broiled pork chop, collard greens, and wild rice...nice and simple:flowerforyou:

How does someone who lives in 1890 have a computer? You don't say how you do the laundry, but it seems that a boiling pot and clothes pins are probably required.

I will be having 1 cup of canned carrots and low fat chocolate milk for dinner since everything else I have has too much roughage. :grumble:

My activity for tonight was standing at work for 4 hours because I can't run.

    GAH! :explode:

I'm wondering if I can have dinner at your house!!!

We had pork chops (shake n' bake, yum!), applesauce, corn and couscous.

And then I did 33 mins on the elliptical and crunches.

  • Dinner is: Pork chops, whole-wheat shredded hashbrowns (I do them in the skillet with some seasoning) roasted carrots, and a salad.

Activity: Walking with my 2 neighbors around the block for 45 min. and (maybe, if I can squeeze it in) my Yoga Booty Ballet DVD

I ride horses, because I train them, and you will not get any chicken more organic than the one we had for dinner. We love to raise our own so we know exactly what is going into it. It may be a little back woods, but nothing beats fresh meat and eggs.

I don't know if you eat meat at all, but if you see they way they process that stuff you buy in a bag at the store, you may want to move out here with us and get some good clean food.
