I went through this about three weeks ago. I was really on track but then super bowl came and what was to be a one day of indulgence, turned into a few weeks. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get back on track... I put it off with excuses like "well I will finish these cookies so I don't waste them" and "I will finish off that case of expensive beer before I pick myself up again". I decided to just get rid of all of my excuses and pull myself up by my bootstraps and get back on the horse. There is no time like the present to get started! Three weeks ago tomorrow it will be three weeks since I've gotten back in the weightloss saddle and I'm down 15 pounds. You just have to put your mind to it! Easy said that done, I know.

Everyone has bad days...that doesn't mean that you should give up!! Start new tomorrow, new day, new week. Don't stress about what has happened just focus on what is going to happen!! That is the best way to get through these tough times!! Good luck to you!!
  • I actually went through my cabinets and brought a bunch of junk food to work... all my co workers thought I was "sooo nice" but really... I'd rather they got fat than me... so I'm actually very mean! lol
But it worked, they finished off all the fatty sugary snacks that had been calling my name. I can't have them around me, it's just too hard to stay away from them.

It happens to everyone, don't feel awful, but get back into your habit. As soon as I eat one thing that is "off" from my new habits I crave that bad thing again! It's unsafe, so I try really hard to skip it! You can do it :)
