I'll confess, it's Darren Criss's version of Pink's "Raise Your Glass" from Glee at the moment.

Oh, and another song I LOVE, Melissa Etheridge, "I Run For Life". I'm a runner and I listen to this song every time I run. It reminds me why I need to push hard.

as odd as this sounds coming from a female...my all-time favorite workout music is metal!! I love August Burns Red, Chariot, Devil Wears Prada, and For Today...just to name a few. Metal music really gets me amped up - especially when lifting weights!!

I'm not a big fan of Kesha but I love working out to her music.

Thats what I listened too all week last week!

I also find BOA and Rachel Stevens' music very noteworthy for pumping me up!
  • I listen to a lot of random stuff but I do my best listening to:
    "Don't Stop Believin'" Journey
"I Can't Fight This Feelin'" REO Speedwagon
    "Day of the Dead" Voltaire

    Techno Music... ( E Nomine, A Moe)
    Pop... (Gaga, Ke$ha)
Rock... (Rammstein, Rob Zombie, Powerman 5000)

Anything that gets my heart pumping and ready to move. :)
... which doesn't really explain the first two songs to be honest. But I enjoy them a lot.
