new to the message board but old to this

hi all. i've been on mpf for a while now buthave struggled as i've only had 5 -8 kg to lose. i've never given the message boards a go before but am starting to creep up again to 73 kg and need the motivation to stop and turn it around. i know how it all works yet it still doesn't stop me eating a bucket of peanut m&m's when i'm with the kids watching tv at night. i really need the motivation to get me started again and i don't think i can do it on my own anymore. would really like some help!!

    I'm about to send a request as well.
    I LOVE candy so so much. I'm like a giant child. Personally I just have to keep it out of my dorm room, that or any type of sweet. I limit myself to purchasing the smallest package sold to help with my sweet tooth.
    I know how you feel, I know I shouldn't eat junk but someimes I just do it anyway.
    Anyway welcome aboard.

    thank you. I've just finished eating dinner and I know the hard bit is going to be not eating til breakfast tomorrow! I've made a cup of tea to at least have something but it's nice knowing I'm accountable. If I could only stop the munchies at night....

  • hi can anyone tell me where im going wrong??
    im into my 5th week now and have only lost two pounds my aim is to lose a pound a week! i dont have a lot to lose i only want to get to 125pounds im currently 134. i stick to my calories religiously (sometimes not eating the whole amount) and exercise 5 times a week. its really disheartening when i get on the scales every mon and im still the same (1 pound more this week?!) what am i doing wrong? shall i lower my cal goal (curently 1410) or eat all my cals including extra ones which ive gained through exercise which i dont currently do. i need some help.:ohwell:
