    How is everyone doing? I tried level two this morning. It was pretty intense. Anyone else tried it yet?

    Hows it going? I enjoyed it yesterday and Im not sore today. I cant do it today though but will walk dogs and be back on track tomorrow.

    I still havent done measurements! I think I should but need a tape measure. My weight hasnt moved in a couple of weeks, at least it isnt going up!

    Ive dont level one this morning and Im moving onto level 2 now. Im working at the farm tomorrow (my BF is a farming) so not sure if I will have the energy but I will try and start it tomorrow.

    Did you prefer it to No 1?

    Hows everyone else doing?

    i like them both. The level 2 cardio is way more intense

    Still havent done level 2 as been working on farm all weekend and had no energy to do it. Back on track this week. Are you noticing any differences? Is anyone else still doing it? x

    Thought I'd post in here too! I started D1 yesterday and did D2 this morning, I've put off posting because I wasn't sure I was motivated enough but since I've done it two days in a row, I know I am ready to take this on.

    The only problem I have is that my body seems to be anti-cardio in this program. I can deal with strength and abs no problems, but start me doing those damn butt kicks and my body just wants to screw up. Every time she says "kick your glutes" it messes me up and I start kicking all wobbly haha. I'll get better at it!

    If anyone wants to add me as a friend, go ahead :)

    Hey everyone. We are on day 11 now...it's going by so fast. Is anyone noticing any differences? I have maintained my weight (unfortunately) but lost inches. If you haven't started level 2 yet you should try it. You might suprise yourself!

    Hi, Im on day 3 for level 2 and its been going ok.. I havent been doing it each day. Prob 4/5 days per week. I dont do it at weekends when I work on the farm. Or when I go to my dance workout class.

    I was stuck on my weight since I started but 3lb down today but will wait until official weigh in day to see if its still down before I post me new weight. x
