Exam time dun dun dun

Any other college students out there that are in exams (or heading towards them), that are terrified of the effect of stress on their weight loss success? I know that for me there are two possibilities 1. the stress will make me forget to eat and I will be starving by Friday and go on a massive binge or 2. I will continually binge as a procrastination tool and a stress reliever.
I am thinking we should start a pledge to try our best these next few weeks, be accountable to each other if nothing else.
Best of luck.

My go to is apples and peanut butter, it is both sweet and salty, has protein so it is filling and it is not too bad as long as you monitor the amount of PB you are using0 -
I know exercising makes me focus better and feel better about myself. In psychology prof says that doing 20min studying then 10min of exercise is the best way to remember and learn things. I'm gonna try going up and down the stairs a few times on my study breaks or keep a jump rope close by.0
