It's pretty tough to go no sodium, but keeping it low (under 1500/day) would be good.0

remember your body does need some sodium, just try to keep it as low as possible, like natalie said 1500mg daily is a good target to start with0

Your body needs some sodium, look up your recommended daily amount. Without any you could get ill, especially if exercising. Some foods naturally have sodium in them, but avoid the processed ones that are full of it...0

it kept me from losing weight. I had two weeks where I lost nothing. I was doing everything right (i thought). Then I started watching my sodium and lost almost 4 pounds in a week. Sometimes its hard but I try to keep mine around 1500 a day as well. And I am a salt freak. It amazed me when i ate a tomoato and found that I didnt need to cover it in salt to make it good! I drink a lot of water, but I dont think it flushes it all out.0

Too much sodium will make you retain fluid, but not keep you from losing weight (fat).0
