Stuck at weight!

I've been consuming 1450 calories for about two weeks. I have to be 138 in 6 weeks so I have been trying to lose 2 pounds a week for a competition. I am now stuck at 148 and consuming the same amount of calories. I am 5'9'' and very active, eating right.
Any suggestions?

My guess is that your body is "telling" you that you are at an appropriate weight for your height, and your weight loss is going to slow (or stop) dramatically.
Sometimes, we want to be at a lower weight than is truly healthy. I initially lost 72 pounds and was at 125. I gained 22 of that back over the winter of 2009-2010, have lost 10 of that.....and would like to lose 5-10 more. But honestly, in the last couple of months, I have learned to be happy any time the scale reads less than 140 (5'6", 50 years old).

If you are very active I would say you need to increase your calories to abotu 1700, your body will store the fat if you aren't eating enough.0

Not going to happen. Sorry.
You're already at a healthy weight and losing 2lb a week is just not possible unless its all water weight.
You are male and are at a VERY healthy weight for your height and age. You don't need to lose a single pound and should probably focus more on weight training instead.
You should be eating 1800 - 2000 cals a day. ): Sad you think you have to nearly starve yourself.0
