    Hi...I know it's 2 weeks in but can I join as well??

    I've been on MFP since 29 Dec 2010 when I decided to stop abusing my body and start getting back to how I used to be! With the help of MFPs and Jillian Michaels, I've lost 21lbs to date and I hope to lose 24 more. I've been feeling a bit low and demotivated lately so would really like to belong to a challenge to push me. I hope it's okay I jump in here!

    I'm jumping in a little late, but need something to keep me motivated. My name is Caity, I'm in my early 20s, and am really trying to lose weight and be HEALTHY. I joined MFP in January, and fell off the wagon twice - and am now just a few lbs less than my original MFP starting weight. I've joined a yoga studio with a two month membership, so I'm trying to go to classes at least 4-5 days a week, if not more. My ultimate goal weight is to be within 140-150lbs (I'm 5'9''), I think this group might be a good kick in the pants for me :)

    Welcone to the latecomers ! I had a great start but I'm having trouble getting out to exercise every day !

    Welcome Caity. I think you will fit in here just fine. I know the falling off the wagon trick myself all to well. I'd say I'm more of a yoyo man than a fall off the wagon guy but I'm familiar with the starting over and over and over syndrome. Anyway, lookin forward to hearing your successes on this thread.     hey all hows everyones week going ? my kids are off school at mo (1/2 term) and so not sure ill be back in time to update sunday so as i WI on a tuesday ill update this weeks numbers for me
    happy to report a small loss any loss im happy with so keep on keeping on i say ! :D

    Morning! I only dropped 0.6lb from last week but actually on Wednesday I was 137! Stupid TOM....hopefully next week would be a better loss.

    So, after such a great start, I'm at a standstill. I went to the gym every day this week on my lunch break but also went out for dinner twice with my hubby when we had no kids. I'm so used to eating less salt from preparing my own food at home that I really notice it when I go out to eat !

    On a more positive front, I made a pal at work who is going to head over to the same fitness centre I attend at lunch for classes. However, she used to be an ERT leader (we work in Corrections), she's in great shape, she runs a running clinic (apparently she runs 10K at a time and does marathons) and she is going to KICK MY BUTT !!!! I usually drive over to the fitness centre but she wants to run over. No more lazy girl for me ! Anyway, I'm looking forward to it (no, actually I'm kind of nervous, but you have to stay positive) :)

    Chipping away - only lost 0.3 lbs this week. I'm stepping up my exercise this week. Hopefully that will impact my weight more than my appetite????? Glad to see most everyone posting good results. Keep it up!!!

    I'm feeling really good this week, starting to get my eating back under control. Also got a new seat for my bike, so I will hopefully be getting out a lot this week (biking also seems to be the best way to tire the dog out too, so it looks like it should be a good week!) :D

    I know I am very late but I would really like to join. I don't have a huge amount to lose so a steady weight loss group would be great for me. I'm putting my target at 1lb a week although I will be happy with any progress so long as it is regular and not excessive.
