I am going to do this starting this week, and if anyone wants to do it with me please feel free! Just reply to this thread with updates, maybe if it is getting easier for you, your favorite running song, just anything to keep you on track!

Starting this week too! Found this website http://c25kplaylists.com/4801.html with premade playlists...even tells you when to do what! Pretty awesome! Good luck! Just for the hell of it I did week1 day 1 last week & decided it will probably take me longer than the 9 weeks it says...lol! I'm out of shape...really out of shape. I couldn't even run a mile when I was at my healthiest in high school, but I'm determined! Actually, my friend & I were thinking about taking this approach...week 1 until we can do it without blinking, then moving on to week 2, and so on. What do you think about that approach to the program?

I would say as long as your out there training and working up a sweat your plan will be good! I may take it slower or do a week twice if need be as well. I just have a goal of a 5k that i want to be able to run in august :)

    Good luck girl!

I'm on week 3 although it's probably been closer to like 5 weeks. I suck suck suck at running but this program has helped big time. Much better than me trying to do it on my own. However, I got shinsplints last week I think from treadmill running stopping and starting quickly. So if you're prone to them I'd say get some compression sleeves for your shins. I started wearing mine again since I'm doing indoor running.
