So I have not worked out for 3 months now, since I've been real busy with work. I' am determine to start back today (since I'm caught up with work) and I know it's going to be hard and tuff. I only have the treadmill and elliptical which one is better for better results?

recommendation i got was elliptical - burns more calories because it utilizes upper body. from my bro, who is phd in sports physical therapy.

do both and throw in a yoga video to tone your upper body.

being a bit more "mature" here, I use the elliptical, it's easier on my knees

Typically, an elliptical will burn more calories in a shorter period of time (though that might depend on what exactly you're doing on the treadmill and what settings you're using on the elliptical). But if you're doing it consistently, you should mix things up so you're not doing the same type of exercise every day.

elliptical! I always feel like I've done more after I do it instead of the treadmill, and as stated above, it's better for the knees!
