Just getting started can use all the help and support. I work around food all day long. Temptation at every corner.
Any advise is welcome.:smile:

  • Welcome! You are taking a good first step but signing up here. Logging your food intake is a great help. I find that I resist eating somethings because I don't want to put it in my food log!

    Real change takes time, stick with it and set realistic goals. :)

    I agree with Firstcampgirl...I know that if I eat something I am gonna have to face this log later and see the calories and the crap I poisoned my body with. Just know that if you don't give into temptation you will be ok. Good Luck

    Welcome aboard! I began using this program on March 1 of this year and I have found it tremendously effective as I have to justify every bit/bite of food that goes into my mouth. My wife started Jenny Craig a few weeks before I began here and we are both seeing wonderful results!
