you need lowercase [ i m g ] in front and [ / i m g ] (minus the spaces, it's the only way I can get it to show up on here!) at the end of that JPG link.0

If you don't mind me asking, what are you guys doing? Just counting calories or working out only or both? Just curious.0 -
We use MPF to watch what we eat. Have cut out junk and fast food. We ride a bike at home and I go to the gym and work on cardio. That is all just plan eating better and working out some.0
