I bought some frozen mixed berries and orange juice because I have seen some recipes for smoothies that way. What's your favorite smoothie recipe?

My husband really likes 1 c whey protein powder, 1 c coconut milk and 1 c frozen fruit (blueberries). It tastes good and is really filling. Going to have to start making them for me too:)

Peanut butter, banana's, little bit of milk and 3 ice cubes.

1 cup of low fat cottage cheese
4 packets of sweet N low
And about 1 cup of skim milk.

I make my own Smoothie's which consist of

    1 Cup Frozen Fruit
    1 Container Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    1 Cup Orange Juice
    1 Pack Stevia
    1 1/4 Cup Raw Oats
    1 Cup Crushed Ice

I also like to sprinkl a little Cinnamon in it and you can use less juice as well. I don't always add Yogurt, just depends on
my taste at the time. I usually use the Frozen Strawberries,Mango,Pineapple,Grape mixture from Kroger. You can use
any kind of Fruit. Sometimes i also add a Banana. So yummy....

Yummy! I wonder if using greek yogurt would have the same effect....I'm gonna try it sometime this week!

I use 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt, 1 cup fruit (berries & banana), 1/2 c. OJ, and will use a little more water, up to 1/2 c., if I use a lot of banana.

I love green smoothies....it's such a good way for me to get my greens, and you can't even taste them!

1 cup juice (I use cranberry a lot)
2 cups spinach, kale, or greens of your choice

Blend these together so that the greens are thoroughly shredded and suspended in the juice. Then blend in:

    1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    I cup frozen berries
    1 tsp honey

I've changed the juice to water to lower the calories, but it's still good.

This morning I made a green monster:
    -1 banana
    -2 handfuls spinach
    -1 scoop protein powder

tastes just like a banana smoothie and less than 200 calories :)
