I'm a Melbourne girl and am about to go on holidays to QLD, so I am dying to get into my bikini and not feel self conscious. I have foung Heinz 'Very Special', and 'Very Vegetable' soups to be great, and they'r really low calories - 105 - 140 cals I think?

I've been having these for lunch and dinner most days as well as exercising to try and drop a few kilo's in the next 10 days. Has anyone done this before, and have they had much success?

Any other ideas? I really want to be eating healthy yet easy options and steer clear of those slimmers shakes where I can.

are you only eating the soup at two meals? many are probably going to jump on you for that just as a warning

i'd be cautious about the sodium in soup

I second the sodium warning. I LOVE soup, but now I find that I rarely eat it, and if I do, I make it from scratch myself, that way I can control the amount of sodium in it. That said, good luck with reaching your goal....I wish it were warm enough for bikini's here in NZ!

Hey Seratori, I'm a Brisbane girl!

I agree with the others about the soups, it's getting cold here now and I have soup every day at work too. I make up a big batch of low cal minestrone (250 cals) and freeze it for the week then take into work.

Not only is it super cheap but I know exactly what's in it and I know it's filling.

Enjoy you holiday up here, it's still lovely weather for the beach!
