I treated myself to Chinese food today and now I'm totally regretting it. What can I do to help "flush" the sodium out of my system? I did up my workout today...

Lots of water and working out! It will probably take a couple days but you got this!0

Dont go crazy with the water its a fact that it will bloat you more....
when i want that food I go into a sit down restaurant and eat there, they give me a pot of tea that helps burn it off!! I love them...:drinker:0 -
lemon in water...natural diuretic. Water on it's own is good to stay hydrated, but it doesn't do alot to get rid of the actual bloat.0

adding to the copious glasses of water, try fresh parsley tea. Simply steep a large handful of fresh parsley leaves in boiled water 5 minutes, then consume. Discard the boiled parsley leaves. Caution: be prepared to wake several times in the night to go pee!0

Just drink water. It could take a couple days for your levels to return to normal, but water will help a bit.0

Work up a good sweat. That is a great way to get rid of sodium too!!!!!0

I did the same thing with pizza tonight, yet under calories for day. Drinking water will give your body more water to bloat with. Take a vitamin B6 tablet and hope for the best. Vit B6 promotes procesing water weight0
