Welcome to MFP. If you are still BF'ing, "dieting" may not be a great idea right now. I would def consult with your OB.

I agree with Angela! Are you BF'ing at the moment? I'd talk to your OB. Also, remember, YOU JUST had a baby, with keeping busy and eating right, it will come off! Hang in there!

I started to lose my baby weight in January. My son just turned a year. I would say check out the 30 day shred and do 2-3 days of additional cardio. You cant spot reduce :( But it will come off just have to work hard! Took me 14 weeks to go from 157 to 135.

Hi!~ Congrats on your bundle of joy!... I have 2 boys, and with the first pregnancy, i gained 50lbs. - (180) It took a year to get back to my original weight WITHOUT any changes to diet/exercise. My second was a litte easier cuz i watched what i ate and gained 25. I didn't start having children till i was in my 30's so that didn't help either...lol Try not to stress, i know we want the baby weight to go away as soon as we have the baby but that just don't happen over night. Good luck!~
