Hi everyone. I started eating healthy and working out 5 days a week. This is my 8th week. I started MFP a couple of weeks ago, but this is my first time to the message board, so hello.

  • I feel like I've been working really hard, but the pounds haven't been dropping as much as I would like. I'm barely losing a pound a week, but I can see that I'm losing fat and gaining muscle. I hope that with more muscle, I will have faster results soon. I'm almost 54 year old, so I knew that it would be harder than when I was younger. I'm feeling much stronger and have more energy though.
