Something I noticed

I've noticed that since starting MFP and excercising that standing tall is easier. I use to always feel compressed...pulled down. Now I feel good when I stand up straight..and my step is lighter. What have you noticed?

i am a bit more flexible. and my hands can reach further around my back than they used to.0

I was thinking the same thing as I left the gym today...my posture is MUCH BETTER!0

My abs are contracting more on their own and I notice when they're not.0

i wore a sleeveless shirt today and didn't feel self conscious because my arms are getting more toned. slowly but they're getting there.0

I've noticed that since I started eating better, my tastes have changed. I no longer crave sweets and breads - if anything, it's meat or something a bit salty, like peanut butter. I was watching Man V. Food the other day and the ribs looked absolutely delicious. I've never in my life desired ribs.
Also, I've developed a liking for dark chocolate, when before I couldn't stand anything less sweet than milk chocolate. That one really surprised me, because I haven't really be eating chocolate at all in the last 2 months ... I just tried it one day and realized that it's actually very good.0 -

i just noticed today that mine is lighter too, and i think that when i walk there is a little less... "movement" in the mid-section lol....0 -
This morning I noticed that my favorite sweat pants have gone from too tight to too big!0
