This is my first day on MFP. I (finally) got around to getting serious about losing weight. I've never actually attempted to before (denial/laziness, etc) but when I weighed myself last week and realized I was at 200, it really freaked me out! I started eating better/counting calories on Friday, so this is only my 4th day so far. If anyone has any advice or wants to be buddies, feel free to add me! I'm looking forward to the day when I can post before/after pictures along with everyone else. Those are so awesome to look through and gave me the push I needed (along with reddit)!
