Good Morning to a New Me!

Good Morning! I just started using this site yesterday and hope it'll give me the motivation to follow through on my goals. I just finished rehab on my second major knee surgery (reconstructive) and am slowly starting to get back into actual workouts, not just PT. It's been really discouraging not being able to do much because of my knees, so I'm hoping that slow and steady will rebuild the strength and let me run again (eventually) rather than sending me back for surgery #3...

    Welcome! Feel free to friend me if you want. I started MFP 10 days ago and am trying to lose about 80lb.

    Good morning! I joined a few weeks ago - and forgot to introduce myself, the website seems awesome, although my only friend at the moment is my mum! lol...

    I hope to lose some weight before my holiday to Egypt in May....
