I had a breast reduction almost 6 months ago and I am very limited with what exercise I can do as it has taken quite a while for certain parts of the scar tissue on my breasts to heal (typical)
I have been walking but can anyone advise on an other things I could do to help shed those pounds and inches??
The hospital has said walking but not much else.
I love my swimming and am such a water baby but, until I am totally healed, I cant go near chlorine :(

Any advise would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
