Backslidden! Help!

I have worked P90 and maintained diet for 90 days. Lost 34.2 pounds. Have about 100 more to go! Did not work out at all last week or Monday of this week. Gained back 5 pounds. I do NOT want to go back. Some serious motivation would be appreciated. Also, success stories and pics are always inspiring! Whatever you do, I am in a slump... Help!

    YOU CAN DO IT!!!! A positive mind set works wonders. I have the words "I can do it!" posted all over my house to remind me that I CAN do it. And don't think of anything as a failure. You just think about today! Make the best choices you can today, and it will make tomorrow easier!

    I've been in one to...but this week I decided to hit my first major goal of 250. I'm 2.4 pounds away. I have friends who call and bug me and ask if I have worked out yet. Eventually I get sick of telling them no and just do it. Then I remind myself that if I'm going to have to work out I might as well eat right. I feel like I'm finally back on track. You can do it, and you can lose it! Friend me if you want...I'll pester you into it :laugh:

    you are not going to gain weight just from not working out. The weight gain had to come from what is going in your mouth. You have to get serious with your eating habits and nutrition in order for this to be successful. Losing weight and maintaining it via exercise is never a good idea.

    Just kidding...what was your diet like last week? Your diary isn't open, so that could help with keeping your accountable.

  • Forget about the past week and focus on the future - starting today. You can do this! You've done it before and you kicked butt, so what's changed? You've just got to get back in your groove and you can do that one decision at a time!
