    I'm sad to report I'm still at 201 - however I started running and I can visibly see my thighs look smaller and my face is thinner, so I'm trying not to get bummed about the scale. Maybe next week will be a great scale week!

    But update: The Americans take the lead with -9.1. The Canadians take 2nd place this week at -6.6.

    Thought I would try a fun challenge.

    It is 12 weeks until the lovely weekend of Canada Day and Independence Day. Lets see who can loose the most pounds until then.

    Canadians vs. Americans.

    This week: send me your current weight and if you are on the American or Canadian side to my inbox please.

    Every Saturday, starting on Saturday April 16th, inbox me your current weight. Lets have a little fun, and see which country will loose the most.

    You can join at any point.

    Hi, Kait. I know it's not Saturday but I haven't checked in for many weeks. I moved from Northern California to L.A. My current weight at my last official weigh-in was 182, down 11 pounds from my starting point.--Jim
