Good morning! I'm new to this website and I have none of my friends on here so I'm looking to make new ones. I'm a mom of two and trying to shed the marriage and baby weight. Any pointers from you pros would be much appreciated

Hi! Welcome to MFP! My suggestions to you, coming from someone who isn't yet thrilled about exercise, are that you be really strict about writing down the calories you eat and measuring out the serving sizes for food, and also to break your exercise up into multiple sittings. Don't just try to do it all at once - spread it out throughout the day so it doesn't seem so overbearing. Best of luck to you on your journey!
