Hello, newbie here. So forgive my questions I might have in fully understanding the site here.
My story? I had lost 95lbs on Weight Watchers, however 6yrs later and religously following plan, I have begun to gain wt again.
I am 49 so some of this is age(maybe all I don't know)..but anyway..doctors are blaming this wt gain on menopause and nothing I can do about it.

I am so frustrated. I eat right and am still gaining. I am currently working on lowering carbs as much as possible, but still keeping the healthy ones in my diet. I do know my body doesn't function good on carbs. I started WW needing to lose 125lbs.

I went to a nutrionist and she saw that I do eat right and exercise, she suggested the lower carb approach. Still nothing..so any suggestions? Also, question when I enter my daily diet plan..does that automatically get seen by everyone or do I need to go somewhere to let it be seen? I need some serious clues as to why I am gaining and not losing. Thanks, I may be a while before I get back here today..so thanks in advance!
