    This week was tough for me and I am finding it hard to find time to exercise BUT today is the start of a new week and I will MAKE time to do some exercise and tone up. Everyone, no matter how far along the road we all are we all have down days and times when the scales really do not say what we want but just remember each and every weight loss and inch gone is 1 step closer to where we are want to be!!!!!

    My fellow team mates and everyone on MFP - You give me so much inspriation and I just keep going because of you all doing so well.

    Week 4 244 I was down to 242 yesterday, then BAM overnight water weight gain..

    Total Loss for this challenge 8 pounds! That is a healthy 2 pound a week loss
