    YOUR CAPS ARE KILLING ME
  • If that's not something you do everyday, and you feel like you worked up a sweat doing it, I would include it.
  • SORRY Use to having to type in ALL caps because certain people i e-mail can read all caps better

    Yes you can.

Look under exercises and look up walking stairs, you will see there's a choice for walking up the stairs. Once you post it, you can always click back under the exercises that you have done and edit the time or the calories.

    Hoep this helps.

Each person is different on how they view this, so this is what I personally believe....

If its stuff you don't normally do in a day, then sure, add it in, but if its part of your normal day to day life then I don't recommend adding it because its something that your body is more or less used to doing.

For myself now that I've been on here a while, I don't log anything that's less than 10 minutes in a row anymore as I figure that's just a part of life as I am becoming more active.

But that's me, you have to find what works best for you. :)

Unless you counted this type of activity in your lifestyle or day to day normal activity, then add it.

I sit at a desk for 8+ hours a day. So when I park my car super far away, causing an extra 30 minutes total walking to and from my car from class, I definitely add those 30 minutes because I could just as easily park one minute from a door.

Yes I agree there is the lifestyle you picked at the beginning. If that was a desk job, you can add it, if it was active and you took count for it alreayd. then MFP figures it already :)
