Hello, I joined this site about a week ago when my friend posted it on her facebook. I have been dieting for about 4 weeks and have finally almost hit my first goal of 10 pounds lost. A few months ago when I went to the doctor and saw that my weight was almost at the point I was when I was 9 months pregnant with my son, I knew I had to do something. From that point, I lost about 22 pounds and then found out I was pregnant. During those 5 weeks after I found out I was pregnant, to when I miscarried, I gained back 12 pounds. Due to the pathology results of my miscarriage, we won't be cleared to TTC again until June so I figured I would use these two months to get as healthy as I can and lose as much as I can so that I will have a better chance to conceive and be as healthy as I can be. This site has really helped me keep track and be accountable for what I am putting in my body. Always nice to find a place to have support as well in any life changing journey. Good luck to everyone!

I had 2 miscarriages and I never thought about dieting after as I was so down so good for you to be so motivated - good luck and if you want to add me as a friend feel free0
