Holy Yellow Kool-Aid Batman

OK, this is a little embarrassing, but here I go anyway…

I recently started taking a daily vitamin supplement, and since then my urine has been a vibrant shade of yellow. Not the yellow-brown that comes from not drinking enough water, but the bright lemon-lime shade of Kool-Aid or Gatorade. Is this normal?

I drink over 2 liters of water a day and my urine is usually fairly clear. The only difference is the vitamins.

it's just the b12, drink some extra water to dilute it.

nothing to be concerned about, it is the excess B vitamins your body isn't able to use, being flushed out. :o)

as everyone has said...its the B12...It happens to me too, but just the first time I go to the bathroom after taking it usually...it is a pretty vibrant shade of yellow though!

Makes perfect sense then, because the supplement is very high in the B complex vitamins. GNC Mega Men Energy & Metabolism.

    Thanks All.
