Burn baby burn 3500 calories this week

Hello! I'm planning on burning 500 calories a day, starting today (Monday April 11) until next monday, April 18 for a total of 3500 calories. Planning on doing the 30DS and walking 3-5 miles everyday. If anyone wants to join me on this challenge, please do, and welcome!

    Im in.
    I start level two of my shred tomorrow.
    Does it matter how we burn the cals?
    I wil probably do a lot of walking but,might go to the gym a few times too.

    And by the way, I say today because it's after midnight on sunday night, so technically it starts today.

    Nope, doesn't matter how you burn the calories and yup, please do set your own goals - mine is 3500 at the moment which is the perfect challenge for me!

    Let's check in daily with how many calories we burned and how many we have to go. This will be fun!

    a workout program called the 30 day shred by jillian michaels. It's super tough and awesome and makes me want to cry and celebrate at the same time

    Jane, you can set your own goal and still keep up with checking in, if you want! 3500 cals is my own personal goal and the main point is just to push ourselves daily for a week at a time and try to get as close to our own goals as possible.

    Im in! I've only been burning 2500 a week so this will be a great challenge for me I need an extra. Push. Im on level three of the 30ds. Love it. I also use the elliptical. And ride my bike with my 2 yr. Old son on board. Lol

    I burned 2443 calories last week,going to aim for 3000 this week.

    Hey! How did everyone do today with their calorie burn goal? I set a 500 daily goal but today already came short at 382... I'm looking at the entire week, so I'm still in the clear I suppose! I walked 2 miles and did day 3 of 30DS.
