I was wondering if it's ok to occasionally have that slice of pizza small bag of chips or any other everyday food that may not be the he sliest for you. As long as you stay under the nutrients limit maybe? Because I haven't had pizza in 6 months and I'm craving a piece

I say go for it! I don't restrict myself from any foods, I just try to stay under the calorie limit.0

Yes! If you really want it and can fit it into your day, go for it occasionally.
